1. About these terms

This store is operated by Kyle Zhang ("GentleReach", "we", "us"), based in Canada. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. Please don't misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Products and safety

Our products are for general relaxation and comfort only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the safety information on our website and in the product manual before use. If the person using the product has a health condition, takes blood thinners, has an implanted device, or has recently had surgery or an injury, they should check with their doctor first.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and any shipping costs are shown at checkout. If we list a product at the wrong price by mistake, we'll contact you before shipping, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

7. Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, weights and photos accurate. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.

The text, images and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy them without permission.

Our store runs on Shopify. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner and delivered by postal and courier services. Their own terms may also apply.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we aren't liable for losses caused by using a product against its instructions or safety warnings.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
