Why I started GentleReach

Growing up, my mom suffered from chronic back pain. I wanted to create a massage gun that will not only bring real comfort, but also one that is open for anyone to use. The models are made light so anyone can use them, and designed to have amazing quality while also making it affordable.

The GentleReach X is the full-size model with 8 heads, and the GentleReach Mini is the compact one for smaller hands and quick sessions.

What you can expect from me

• Honest shipping. Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse and arrives in about 2 weeks, with tracking. Giving it for the holidays? Order by December 1.
• 30-day returns. Defects are covered for 90 days.
• A real person on the other end. I answer every email myself at gentlereachsupport@gmail.com.
